Emma Berkeley is a diligent and passionate lawyer with a pragmatic, analytical and reasoned approach, with an eagle-eye for detail.

Emma joined Patrick & Associates after having worked in a number of firms specialising in different fields.  Due to that experience, Emma has a deep understanding of the nature of litigation and what is takes to be an effective litigator.

Since joining the firm, Emma has worked on a variety of litigious matters, both civil and commercial, at different levels of the judicial system.  This includes contractual disputes, claims in tort and insurance matters.  Emma also has experience in ASIC investigations, white collar crime, debt recovery and property disputes.

Emma promotes transparency, compassion and advocacy.  She is highly diligent and seeks to achieve client objectives by working cohesively with the client as well as the Patrick & Associates team.  Emma is also committed to contributing to the legal profession more broadly, and volunteers with the Law Institute of Victoria Community Issues Committee and Professional Development Committee.

Outside of the office, Emma has a passion for the arts, nature and social justice.  Emma enjoys attending live concerts, exploring the great outdoors and connecting with the community.
