Gianluca is a young lawyer at Patrick & Associates working closely with Ben Patrick and Jake Cole.

His practice is focussed on general commercial litigation, working on contractual disputes, competition and consumer law, matters arising from the Corporations Act, international private law and regulatory compliance and investigations.

Gianluca has a particular interest in arbitration and has written articles in this area.  He enjoys the challenge of applying a range of alternative dispute resolution processes and strategies to help resolve a range of commercial disputes on favourable terms to clients.

Outside of the office, Gianluca enjoys Melbourne’s vibrant and exquisite restaurant scene – and is no slouch in the kitchen himself. He inherited his love for the Carlton Football Club and has learnt over the many years about the suffering that comes with this.
