Tamara Gugger is a passionate lawyer with a particular interest in building and construction disputes.
Since joining the firm in November 2020, Tamara has been involved in a variety of disputes in the area of building and construction law, including claims under the SOP Act, the Australian Consumer Law and contractual disputes. This work has involved proceedings in the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, the County Court and the Federal Court, as well as the use of alternative dispute resolution processes including arbitration.
Tamara brings a detail-orientated approach to her matters. She values reliability, transparency and efficiency, and is committed to working with her clients to achieve positive results.
Outside of the office, you will find Tamara travelling, enjoying live music or exploring the outdoors.
