Tamara Gugger is a passionate lawyer with a particular interest in building and construction disputes.
Since joining the firm in November 2020, Tamara has been involved in a variety of disputes in the area of building and construction law, including claims under the SOP Act, the Australian Consumer Law and contractual disputes. This work has involved proceedings in the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, the County Court and the Federal Court, as well as the use of alternative dispute resolution processes including arbitration.
Tamara brings a detail-orientated approach to her matters. She values reliability, transparency and efficiency, and is committed to working with her clients to achieve positive results.

- Acting for a builder in a declaration proceeding in the VCAT under Planning & Environment Act 1987 (Vic) in relation to the definition of a ‘dependent person unit’ (Mornington Peninsula SC v Premier Homes (Vic) Pty Ltd (Red Dot)  VCAT 94)
- Defending a misleading and deceptive conduct claim in the Federal Court
- Acting for the plaintiff in relation to a breach of contract claim in the County Court
